With your new account you can manage your information, pet information, request services, and much more! To use your account and get started, please visit the following portal link in this message, and login with your email address and temporary password provided. Please sign and acknowledge the Service Agreement. After that, please follow the steps below:
1. Start adding your information and pet information in the ‘My Info’ and ‘Pets’ tabs
2. Add a payment method on file, by going to your ‘Invoices’ tab, and clicking the ‘Payment Method’ teal button to your right-hand side
3. You can request services in the ‘Schedule’ tab, by then clicking the blue ‘+ Request Service’ button
There is also a Client Mobile App you can now download, and login using your existing Client Portal login credentials!
In the app - you can update your information, view and send messages, request services and pay invoices! If you have any questions, please send a message in the Conversation tab of your Client Portal. This message goes directly to us and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can. We will approve all requests within 48 hours or during office hours 9am-5pm M-F.
