Our office closes at 5 PM on Fridays and reopens at 9 AM on Mondays. While we do our best to accommodate your needs, any scheduling requests made over the weekend may not be reviewed until Monday. Please note that last-minute requests (under 36 hours notice) are subject to availability and may be more challenging to fulfill during weekends and holidays. Early booking is recommended to ensure service.
Cancellation Policy:
Midday Dog Walking (Monday-Friday):
Full charges apply to cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice on weekdays and less than 48-hour notice on weekends.
Pet Sitting:
Please adhere to our 7-day cancellation notice period for a full refund. Cancellations can be made either through your online account or by contacting our office directly at 203-293-6561. If you cancel 7 to 5 days before your scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. Cancellations made with 4 or fewer days' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer credits or refunds for early returns.
Overnight Pet Sitting:
Due to high demand and limited availability, we enforce a 10-day cancellation policy. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 11 days prior to your departure, either through your account or by contacting our office at the number provided. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made between 10 to 7 days before departure. Cancellations with 6 or fewer days' notice will incur a 100% fee, unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Please note that no credits or refunds are available for early returns.
Dog Training:
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full. Participants in 6 or 8-session programs are required to complete their sessions within 8 weeks for the 6-session program, or within 10 weeks for the 8-session program. Sessions not attended beyond these periods will be forfeited without refund.
Refunds Policy:
Upon cancellation after payment, your account with 203 Pet will be credited the amount paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees. This credit will remain valid for 3 months. Should you require an extension, please discuss this with our office manager at the time of cancellation. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Please note: No credit will be issued after travel has begun. This includes instances of early return or if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior that necessitates the discontinuation of care.
