Thank you for creating your Time To Pet account — we’re so happy to have you here!

Your next step is to fill out your home and pet profiles on the app.

To help us provide the safest and most personalized care possible, please be as detailed as possible when completing your pet and home profiles. This includes feeding routines, medications or special needs, behavior notes, access instructions, and anything else you feel would be helpful for your sitter to know.

We also ask that you upload a photo of each pet to their profile. This helps your assigned sitter easily identify them and prepare for visits.

Once your profile is complete, your next step is to submit a service request for your upcoming dates. We will review and confirm your services, and reach out with any questions.

Please note that while our pet care services are available 24/7, our administrative office hours are:
Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–3:00 PM.
Messages received outside these hours will be answered in the order received on the next business day.
