How our pricing works
Our visits are $30 per visit. When you book 10 or more visits, you get $3 off each visit ($27 per visit). All pricing is also spelled out in your service agreement. To keep things simple and let us focus on your pets, payment is collected UPFRONT. We'll keep a card securely on file, and service is paid before it begins. For longer stays or vacation coverage, we also offer a deposit option — half upfront and half on the final day of service. Everything is handled securely through Time to Pet, so it's easy and hands-off for you!
Referral program
Did one of our pawsome clients send you our way? Let us know their name and you'll both get $10 off — $10 off your very first invoice, and $10 off their next one. It's our way of saying thank you for spreading the word!
We work as a team
You're not signing up with just one person — you're getting our whole team. Depending on scheduling, you may have one sitter or two caring for your pets, and every one of us is fully trained and cross-covered so your pets are never left without someone who knows them.

About keys
So we can always get to your pets — even if your primary sitter has an emergency — we ask every client to either:
Provide two copies of your key, or
Give us permission to make a second copy so we always have a backup on hand.
If you use a keypad or lockbox instead, we'll store your code securely in our system, where it's encrypted and only accessible to your assigned team.

Getting started
Everything — scheduling, messaging, updates, and payments — runs through Time to Pet. After each visit you'll get a report card with notes and photos so you always know how things went.
