For reservations in the months of November and December, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 72 hours of the reservation being accepted. The deposit holds only the exact dates and the time frames you made your reservation for. Should you need to change or cancel the dates of your trip, you will lose your deposit, the deposit will not be credited. You may request a refund of the remaining credit minus the non-refundable deposit if you prepaid the whole trip and then cancel.
