Thank you for creating your account! You will receive an email with instructions on how to finish account activation (don't forget to check your Junk/Spam folder). Through the portal and the "Time to Pet" app, you're able to communicate directly with our team, manage your pet's profile, provide updates, schedule services, view invoices, and more. Download the "Time to Pet" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Once your portal account is set up, we will reach out to you directly in order to go over your information and service details. Our next step will be to set up your Registration Meeting, which gives us the opportunity to meet in person, learn about your pet's environment, and make sure we are a great fit for both you and your pets. This meeting takes about 30 minutes and can be set up in the 'Services' section of portal or we can discuss dates and times during our phone call.
