To finalize your client account/reservation we will need the following to be completed in our client portal:
1. Your information
2. Information for each of your pets
3. Upload proof of rabies for each with due date, which will need to be approved by our admin
4. Submit reservation request, which will need to be approved by our admin
5. We will contact you through our client portal to set up a meet and greet
At the meet and greet, please have 2 copies of your house key if that is the way we will be entering your home. If we will be using a keypad on your garage or door, please provide one key as sometimes electronics fail.
