If this is a new account, check your email for instructions to log in for the first time. Make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see the email. You can use the Reset Password page to request a new email if needed.
Your account request is currently pending approval. We will notify you via email when your request has been approved.
Thank you for taking the first step in becoming a member of the Greenpaws Chicago family!
To ensure the highest level of animal care and client satisfaction, we use a staged client onboarding process.
As soon as you receive notification that a member of the office team has approved your account, we ask that you complete the following steps in your Client Portal:
• In the “My Info” section, please provide us with information in the provided fields and drop-downs
• Similarly, for the “Pets” section of your client portal, please add each of your pets and complete the information fields individually for each of them (we always prefer as much detail as possible)
• Lastly, on the “Invoices” section of the Client Portal, you’ll see a blue “Payment Methods” button on the right. This is where you’ll enter at least one credit or debit card. You may enter as many cards as you like and designate any card as the primary card by clicking the “Default” button next to that card beneath the “Manage Cards” section. Payments are run automatically by the system on the last business day of each month and Time To Pet will always run payment on your default payment method first. (All card information is transferred and stored with bank level encryption in a fully PCI compliant manner and payments are processed through Stripe.)
After you have completed the three steps above, we ask that you schedule a virtual Meet & Greet with one of us here on the office team (via Google Meet). During the virtual M&G, we will review with you all of your information in the system to ensure we fully understand your pets’ needs and your expectations.

During the virtual M&G, we’ll also schedule the in-person M&G at your home with your primary pet care specialist (always a W-2 employee) and one of our office staff when applicable, so please do have a few days and times in mind for us to work with in getting that scheduled.
