In this help article, we'll outline the steps for purchasing a gift card for future services with your pet care provider inside of your Time To Pet client portal.
Please note: If your company has not enabled the gift card feature, this feature will not be available for you in your portal. If your company has enabled the gift card feature, your portal view may differ slightly from the photos in this help article, however, the steps are the same.
Log in to your client portal and navigate to the "Invoices" tab:
Click on the "Buy Gift Card" button:
Select the amount you would like to add to your gift card or enter a custom amount. Then, click on the payment method you would like to use and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. The options for payment methods may differ depending on your pet care provider:
Once purchased, and if your pet care provider has enabled this, you'll be able to see a list of your Available Payments, which will include your Gift Card balance:
