Before your hound's first adventure, we'd love to arrange a free Meet & Greet.

It's a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know you and your dog. Learn about their personality and care needs and answer any questions you might have. It's also a chance for you to get to know us and make sure Hound Hero is the right fit.

We'll be in touch shortly to discuss a suitable day and time for your Meet & Greet.

If you'd prefer to get started yourself, you can also request one through the Time to Pet Portal:

Log in to your Time to Pet account.

Select Schedule → Request New Service.

Choose Meet & Greet and select your preferred date and morning or afternoon time slot.

Submit your request and we'll contact you to confirm the arrangements.

You can also download the Time to Pet app for easy bookings, messages and updates, or continue using the portal through your web browser.
