Your new client request has been received. To keep things moving forward, please keep an eye on your email (and spam folder, just in case) for my reply within 24 hours during office hours.
Office Hours:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
If your request was submitted outside of these hours, on a holiday, or on a scheduled day off, I’ll be in touch the next business day.
If you requested a call back, I will reach out and leave a voicemail if I’m unable to connect. I’ll also follow up via email - please feel free to return my call or reply to the email at your convenience so we can keep things moving forward.
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please note:
• If I don’t hear back from you within 3 days (via phone or email), your request may be closed, as I’ll assume you’ve made other arrangements.
• In some cases, requests may be approved and moved into active status even if we haven’t connected by phone - so be sure to watch for next steps via email.
• If we’re a great fit, you’ll receive instructions to activate your client account and complete your personal and pet profiles. This step is required before scheduling your Initial Consultation & Behavioral Assessment.
• Moving forward is dependent on your account being fully completed - this helps keep scheduling accurate and ensures the best care for your pet(s).
Health Requirements:
All cats and dogs must be current on rabies and core vaccinations, with documentation uploaded to their profile. If needed, your veterinarian can easily provide these records.
If it turns out I’m not the right fit for your needs, your request may be respectfully declined - but I truly appreciate the opportunity to connect.
