Thank you so much for reaching out and considering Kat and Dogs Ohio LLC for your pet care needs! I’ve received your new client request form and will be reviewing it shortly. You can expect to hear back from me within 24 hours during office hours.

Office Hours:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

If your request was submitted outside of these hours or on a holiday, I’ll be in touch the next business day.

If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you the next steps to activate your client account and complete your personal and pet profiles. Once everything is set up, we’ll schedule your initial consultation and behavior assessment—both required before services can begin.

Please note: All cats and dogs must be current on their core vaccinations, with documentation uploaded to their profile. If you don’t have a copy handy, please reach out to your vet to obtain one.

If it turns out I’m not the right fit for your pet care needs, your request may be declined—but I truly appreciate you reaching out.
