1. Complete your pet's profile: Add their feeding routines, medical information, behaviour, preferences and any special care instructions.
2. Download the Time To Pet app: Manage your bookings, communicate with our team and receive updates all in one place.
3. Enable your notifications: Make sure notifications are switched on in your phone settings so you receive real-time arrival and departure updates, photos, videos and visit reports.
4. Request your services: Once your profile is complete, head to the Scheduler to request your preferred services and dates. Our team will review your request and confirm availability.
