Welcome to Paw Addicts Pet Care Services and Time to Pet Parent Portal. Thank you for considering us to care for your pet; we appreciate your request to set up your account. With your new account, you can update your personal profile, manage your pets, provide care instructions, request or change services, view & pay your invoices, and more. Time to Pet also offers an app for both Apple and Android devices.
We will review your account request as soon as possible and send a follow-up message with details on how to log in to your account. Please note, this is not an automated service; your request will be personally reviewed by our staff.
Our portal serves as a digital contract, consolidation of all pet care instructions (to include special instructions or needs for your pet), communication tool, and consolidation of services requested.
o Please ensure you fill out the Emergency Data and Emergency Directive sections (found at the bottom of the "My Info" tab).
o Please use the "Pets" tab to enter the details about your pet(s). This tab also allows you to enter pet-specific behavioral patterns, socialization concerns, care instructions, and medical information our staff should be aware of.
o In order to give you the best customization of the services we offer, we will schedule your services directly. To schedule, change, or cancel services, please contact us using either the "Cancel/Change Services" or "Request New Service" options under the Scheduling section. You may also use the "Conversation" section to message us directly.
o We do not store payment information on our portal at this time; you may pay your invoice via credit card, debit card, or ACH payment. You can access and pay your invoice from your Parent Portal. We do not accept cash payments, but any tips can be paid directly to the sitter in cash.
