We’re pawsitively ecstatic to meet you and your furry friends! Your account is ready, and you can use your client portal to manage your pets’ profiles, share care instructions, request services, and manage your reservations.

Getting Started Is Easy as 1, 2, 3!

1.Complete Your Profiles: Fill out your client profile and each of your pets’ profiles with the information we need to provide personalized care.

2. Submit a Service Request: You’re welcome to submit requests as far in advance as you’d like! We’ll begin reviewing and confirming reservations three months before your requested service dates.

Requests are reviewed during office hours only. Please submit requests when you’re seriously considering booking, as each request takes time to coordinate schedules and match your pets with an appropriate, available sitter.

Office Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9 AM–5 PM
Friday: 9 AM–12 PM

3. Meet Your Sitter: Once your reservation is confirmed via email, your assigned sitter will reach out to schedule a Meet & Greet! Please allow a few business days for us to coordinate availability and find the best match for your pets.
