Make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see the email. You can use the

Your account request is currently pending approval. We will notify you via email when your request has been approved.
ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Use the Login Link, Email, and Password listed above to activate your account.
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you've activated your account, please log in and complete the following steps:
Add Your Information. Click on "My Info" and fill in the required fields.
Add Your Pet's Information. Click on "Pets" and create a profile for each of your pets. Don't forget to add a picture and upload their rabies vaccinations! (Required to request services)
Add Your Payment Information. To start scheduling, please add your credit card information. You can do this by clicking on "Invoices" and then "Payment Methods".
REQUEST YOUR FIRST SERVICE
Now that you've set up your account, you're ready to request services!
Click on "Scheduling" thenĀ "Request New Service".
Select the date(s) you need service, your pet(s), the primary service, and the time blocks under each day listed.
In the textbox, let us know your departure and return times, if applicable, so we can schedule your visits appropriately.
Click "Add & Continue", then review the services you've added to your request. If you need to add additional services, such as extra drop ins on certain days, click "Add More Services".
Click "Submit Request" and your service request will be submitted for approval!
Note: You can also make changes to your scheduled services and view details about your completed reservations at any time directly through the portal or our mobile app!
