Here are some crucial tips to help us get started!
STEP 1: SCHEDULE A MEET AND GREET AND/OR OTHER SERVICES
Log-in: Go to the Time To Pet website and enter your username and password to access your account.
Click Scheduling.
Request New Service.
Select Dates: Choose the dates you need the service for. Use the calendar tool provided to pick the start and end dates.
Select Pets: Specify which pets the service is for. If you have multiple pets, you may need to select each one individually.
Select Service or Services: Pick the specific service(s) you want to book. This might include options like "30-minute walk", "overnight stay", etc.
Add Any Additional Details: Provide any special instructions or notes for the service provider. This could include information about your pet's habits, where to find supplies, or any other relevant details.
Submit for Approval:
Review all the information you've entered to make sure it's correct. Then, click on a button like "Submit" or "Request Booking" to send your request to the service provider for approval.
STEP 2: SIGN THE CONTRACT AND VETERINARY AUTHORIZATION CONTRACT
These documents should come to your email from Docusign, you should be able to sign online and download a copy.
STEP 3: AWAIT CONFIRMATION OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICES
STEP 4: MAKE SURE ALL INFO IN THE PORTAL IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT
