What to Complete Next
Before services can be scheduled, all required information must be completed and approved in Time To Pet.
Please log in and complete the following:
•Client profile
Contact details, service address, emergency contact
•Payment information
Valid payment method on file
•Home access details
Entry instructions, keys, codes, parking notes
•Wi-Fi information
Network name and password for visit updates and photos
•Key / Home Access Form
How access will be provided and used securely
•Veterinary information & vet release form
Photo or screenshot of records (rabies shots, license number, up-to-date vet info)
•Medication details (if applicable)
•Pet care instructions
Feeding, walk preferences, behavior notes, allergies, special care needs
•Pet photo upload
At least one clear photo for identification
Important Account Notice
If you have previously used Time To Pet with another pet care business, please contact Time To Pet Support to remove the prior business from your email address. Time To Pet only allows one pet care business per email address at a time.
Scheduling Notice
Services cannot be scheduled until all required information and forms are submitted and approved. This allows our team to arrive fully prepared and provide safe, professional care from the first visit.
