Your account request is currently pending approval. We will notify you via email when your request has been approved.

Thank you for creating your account. Once we review your information, we will send you an email with instructions on how to log in. We appreciate your patience while your account is being reviewed.

Once your account has been approved, you will be asked to create your profile! The information already entered from the new client request form will be automatically saved.

In order to complete your profile, please enter both your pet's information and your personal information. When your profile has been completed, you will be able to request a Meet & Greet and make reservations.

The Meet & Greet is very important. It allows both our staff and clients to establish a relationship. We will share relevant information about the business. We will also verify the location of supplies potentially needed by our staff members during visits. Only one staff member will be present during a meet & greet unless a client requests to meet multiple staff members.

We require every client to provide a lockbox and 2 copies of your house key(s) at the time of the meet and greet. The first copy is for WNC Pet Care to keep in case of emergency. It will be securely stored in a safe at our business office and only accessible by the business owner and administrative members. The other copy of the key will need to be placed in the lockbox at the time of service by the client(s). The lockbox code will need to be entered under the designated box on your profile before the date of the first service.
