This software is amazing. The invoicing and payment are by far my biggest time savers as I used to have to process credit cards by hand. I don't have to check in with my sitters as often because I can see when visits are started, completed, and read the visit reports. I love how it splits gratuities among sitters based on how many visits were completed by each. I was using inferior software prior to switching back in July 2021 and I can't believe how much different this is. Everything about it is better compared to my old software. The customer support, FAQs, and instructional videos are incredible.
Our Onboarding Experts will assist you with transferring your data to Time To Pet and walk you through how to create new scheduled events for your clients. Your Onboarding Expert will provide one on one support over a screen share call to review your account configuration and settings to make sure you’re ready to launch to your clients. They’ll help you navigate our features and configure your settings to match your current workflows.
The software is fresh, easy to use, and clever. When we switched over to Time To Pet, we were able to combine our staff, client and Admin communication and remove email threads from our daily communication. This pain point alone saves us time and money. We also love the new (new to us) text messaging. We appreciate Time To Pet being innovative and continuing to build. Typically data imports take our team 1-2 business days; however, this may vary depending on the specific data.
We cannot import scheduled services into your account. Once you begin Onboarding with us, your Time To Pet Onboarding Expert will walk you through the process of creating new scheduled events in your account and will review the most efficient ways to move your events over.
We cannot import client invoices, as invoices are intrinsically linked to scheduled events in Time To Pet. Once you have started scheduling events in your account, you will have new client invoices that can be charged or manually marked as paid in Time To Pet.
No. Your account on Time To Pet will be billed on a month by month basis. You are free to cancel at any time with no fees. We will even give you a prorated refund if you cancel in the middle of a billing period.
The Solo plan can be paid annually to get 2 months free. Don't worry—you can still cancel, and we will give you a prorated refund at the non-discounted rate.
