The most important thing to keep in mind about Time To Pet is that, as a pet sitting software, Time To Pet is not meant to function as an accounting program, tax program, or a payroll processor (you can generate pay reports, however!) As such, we do not have the capability to track business expenses or payroll taxes. However, through our various invoicing and reporting features, we do track a lot of vital information, such as your company revenue, client payments, staff hours, pay reports, and tips, to name a few.
This information exists in many places across Time To Pet, and some of it can be hard to pin down. This is why we consider it one of our highest priorities that, during this hectic and busy time of year, we clarify what tax-relevant information is available to you within Time To Pet and provide guidance on where you can locate it within our platform.
We would like to emphasize at this point that our team at Time To Pet are not qualified accountants or tax professionals, and we cannot offer advice on these matters. What we can do, however, is advise you on how and where you can extract the information you need for your tax preparation process. This information can then be shared with your tax professional, who will provide the necessary guidance for your company’s tax situation.
